Your kit has a ball of our 3 day fermented dough, our secret recipe tomato sauce, mozzarella, our chef’s meatballs, coppa, taleggio, gremolata and oregano.

You can refridgerate your kit for 2-3 days.  You can also freeze the dough but we would only recommend a maximum of a month really.

Your kit also includes making and cooking instructions.
